🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully:

✅ Return Conditions
•     Customers may return a product only if it has a defect or issue.
•     The product must be checked in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
•     If the product is accepted without checking, later claims will not be eligible for return.

📦 Return Process
•     If an issue is found during delivery, the product will be taken back immediately.
•     A replacement or refund will be arranged based on your preference.

💳 Refunds
•     Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
•     Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the order.

📝 Important Notes
•     Products without any defect or issue are not eligible for return.
•     Customers are responsible for checking the product at the time of delivery.
•     Advance payments (for outside Dhaka orders) are refundable only if the product has a verified issue
